Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage Workshop
Join us for a productive Saturday of THAI YOGA MASSAGE training.
No experience required.
During this short workshop we will discover the fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage and how effective is to reduce muscle tension and promote a better flow of energy in the body. We’ll also learn how to incorporate different parts of your body to apply pressure (elbows, forearms, feet, etc…) and stretching to gently manipulate soft tissue.
The workshop is free and participants are invited to attend full two-days TYM Course next month.
