INTRODUCTION TO THAI YOGA YOGA MASSAGE FREE WORKSHOP
Join us for a productive Saturday session of THAI YOGA MASSAGE training.
No experience required.
During this short workshop we will discover the fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage and how effective is to reduce muscle tension and promote a better flow of energy in the body.
We’ll also learn how to incorporate different parts of your body to apply pressure (elbows, forearms, feet, etc…) and stretching to gently manipulate soft tissue.

Thai Yoga Massage Is an ancient technique used to unblock energy stagnation and awaken our inner healer. This is achieved through both pressure on the energy lines (Nadis) and movements of the body and joins based on Yoga Asanas.
