Cancellation Policy

Submission of registration for an event, workshop or course with Gab Massage indicates that you understand and will adhere to the Cancellation Policy below.

You may cancel your participation of an event within 5 working days prior of the event and receive a refund less an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given unless you cancel by writing at least 24 hours before the event.

Gab Massage reserves the right to alter the schedule or cancel this event, workshop or retreat. If for any reason, Gab Massage cancels this event, a full refund will be provided.

For the event to go ahead there must be a minimum number of registrations. 

If this minimum amount is not met, each guest will be notified that the event is rescheduled or cancelled.

Gab Massage recommends travel insurance in the case of a location change, a venue change, the event is rescheduled or cancellation of the event. Gab Massage holds no responsibility for any registered participants travel arrangements unless stated otherwise.

Cancelled Event.

In the case of an event being cancelled, a refund will be provided to each registered guest. 

Location or Venue Change.

If required, Gab Massage holds the right to change the venue for any event hosted.

Variables such as weather, facility failure or other circumstances that affect the use of location and venue hire are taken into consideration prior to the event.

Release of Liability

Before taking part, in any event, workshop or retreat hosted by Gab Massage each registered participant must sign a release of liability waiver.

If the waiver is not signed, the registered participant will not be able to take part in the event, workshop or retreat. If you have any enquiry please contact our team.
