Being well, feeling well, living well.
Wellness is a state of being well, good health, and true health. The main signs of true health from an Ayurvedic point of view are clear supple skin, bright eyes with sparkle, easy and regular elimination of urine, feces, sweat, and tears, having an even energy throughout the day free from highs and lows, a calm and harmonious demeanor and a sound and restful sleep awakening refreshed.

We have our health our wellness state in our hands. We can do a lot to support ourselves with little practice, tools and habits.

This weekend will be all about wellness and how to bring a little bit more into our lives. We will share with you practices that you can take home and implement straight away. We are very much looking forward to sharing with you our knowledge and are so grateful for the offerings we will bring:
